By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose

FLEET provides tools for coaches and teams to manage squads and optionally display team and player information on a public website.

2. Accounts & Eligibility
  • The platform is intended for use by coaches, team representatives, and authorized personnel
  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
3. Coach & Team Responsibilities

By using the platform, coaches and team representatives confirm that:

  • They have the legal right to upload team and player information
  • They have obtained all necessary consents for player data and images
  • Parental or guardian consent has been obtained for any minor where required
  • Uploaded information is accurate and lawful
4. Player Information & Public Display

The platform may display certain player information publicly, including:

  • Player name
  • Player photo (subject to age and consent settings)
  • Team affiliation

Teams control whether profiles are publicly visible.

5. Content Ownership & License
  • Coaches and teams retain ownership of all content they upload
  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it solely for platform operation

We do not claim ownership of player images or team data.

6. Removal Requests

Players, parents/guardians, or authorized individuals may request the removal of player images or profiles by contacting:

We will act on valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content without proper authorization or consent
  • Upload misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
  • Attempt unauthorized access or misuse the platform
8. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or unauthorized data uploaded by users
  • We are not liable for consent failures by teams or coaches
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk
10. Privacy

Use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled.
